Alla Aboudaka

Alla Aboudaka has extensive experience in policy influencing in the fields of human rights, migration, gender equality, peace building and conflict resolution. He is the Founding Director of Access Advisors, a consultancy on EU affairs that provides assistance to projects & ideas with social or environmental missions.
Prior Access Advisors, Alla spent 10 years working with international organisations including ICHR, UNDP and USAID. At the European Parliament, he successfully campaigned for several motions for Resolution on situations of human rights in the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia.
In 2017, Alla was awarded the Best European Parliament Campaign of the Year at the European Public Affairs Awards. He then went on to co-found Skilllab, an application that uses technology to help refugees and migrants participate more fully in European labour markets. His work directly contributed to Skilllab winning the Google Impact Award and being considered as a Best Practice at DG Employment of the European Commission.
Alla is familiar with decision-making processes in the EU and has ample experience in lobbying the European Parliament, Commission and the United Nations.
